Shipping & Delivery
Shipping: Currently, Nature’s Karma only ships to addresses in the United States.  We use USPS as our primary carrier and provide a variety of shipping options for our customers. We use recycled boxes/packaging as often as possible.

Back orders: As we try to keep our website updated with current availability products may be temporarily unavailable and not updated. The items will ship immediately after they are back in stock. Nature’s Karma will notify you with anticipated availability.

Soy Candle Disclaimer: Although soy wax burns very “clean”, all natural cotton wicks will smoke if they are not burned properly or if the wicks are not trimmed. Please remember, candles should be kept out of drafts and on a solid, stable surface.  Don’t allow water/moisture to mix with the wax, this may cause splattering and popping of the wax!  Nature’s Karma is not responsible for any damage resulting from the misuse of any of our products.  Safe candle care and burning of the candle is the responsibility of the consumer.
 
Nature’s Karma is NOT liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind due to the use of any product purchased from our store. Nature’s Karma’s maximum liability to the consumer is the amount paid for the product.  Your purchase from Nature’s Karma signifies acceptance of this information and policies.  EVERY candle comes with a warning label attached to the bottom of each jar.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Any information you share with us will be used only to process your orders and to better serve you. We do not rent, sell or otherwise share names, addresses or email addresses with any other parties. You can order with confidence from our Web site. All personal information entered during ordering is encoded using the very latest security technology.
Returns & Replacements
Skincare Products: Nature’s Karma’s products are natural, gentle for all skin types and reactions are extremely rare, but it is possible to be allergic to even natural substances. If you have known allergies or highly sensitive skin, please check the ingredients carefully. It is always a good idea to patch test any new product by applying a small amount to the inside of your forearm. Any reaction will usually appear within 24 hours. For best results, discontinue use of your current skin care regimen to give our products a chance to perform to their full ability.
Allow 10 -14 days for best results. Our products are pure and concentrated with no unnecessary additives or softeners, If after 14 days of use you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion to us in exchange for new products or for a full refund. 

Soy Candle Products: Nature’s Karma wants you to enjoy your soy candle so if you receive it with any physical defects such as fractures or defects in the container please return it return it to our store within 7 days for a full refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel a placed order with Nature’s Karma, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours after placing the order. Please send all returns and exchanges to:
